We honor the memory of John R. Ratnavale (1965-2013), a founding member of Chevy Chase Asset Management, LLC, and mourn the loss of our partner, colleague and friend.

CCAM Managing DirectorRaymond G. Mancini, Jr., Esq., is a Managing Director with Chevy Chase Asset Management.

A summa cum laude Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Boston College, he received his law degree from Catholic University School of Law and a Master of Laws in Taxation with distinction from the Georgetown University Law Center. Ray is a member of the District of Columbia and Rhode Island Bar Associations as well as the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section of the American Bar Association. He is an instructor for the American Institute of Banking, a past president of the Frederick County, Maryland Estate Planning Council and a member of the Washington, D.C. Estate Planning Council.

Ray has over fourteen years of experience in the management and administration of estates, trusts, investment and individual retirement accounts. Most recently, he served as Vice President and Senior Trust Officer with Farmers and Mechanics National Bank in Frederick, Maryland. Previously, he was a Vice President and Trust Officer at Security Trust Company and Nationsbank in Washington, D.C. Ray began his career as a Trust Officer with First Virginia Bank in Falls Church, Virginia.

CCAM, Managing DirectorLori A. Rutledge, Esq., is a Managing Director with Chevy Chase Asset Management.

She graduated in 1983 with a Bachelors in Business Administration/Accounting from Franklin & Marshall College. In 1990, she earned her law degree from Boston College Law School. Lori is a member of the Massachusetts and Rhode Island bars.

Lori has over fifteen years of experience in managing trust and investment accounts. Most recently, Lori served three years as a vice president and trust officer with Farmers and Mechanics Bank of Frederick, Maryland. Prior to her move to Maryland, she was a Vice President and Trust Officer with Fleet National Bank in Providence, Rhode Island. Lori began her career in trust administration in 1984 with Loring, Wolcott & Coolidge, a private trust company based in Boston, Massachusetts where she worked for over seven years.

Lori is a member of the Executive Women's Golf Association, On-Purpose Networking of Baltimore, and serves on the Fundraising Planning Committee of the Light Of Truth Center in Baltimore, Maryland.
